Finishing Touch presently services over 65 Condo/Homeowner Associations and Managed Properties.  Combined, they manage thousands of units that we are presently cleaning to their satisfaction.  We work closely with the management companies and association boards on cleaning their clients’ homes and condos on a timely basis.  Many of the properties are leased to UGA students and therefore must be cleaned during the short time period between tenants.  We work night and day to make that transition seamless for them.  We also offer Association discounts where we can schedule multiple homes for cleaning during specific weeks.  We are glad to give free bids to properties with multiple units.  You can be assured your clients and customers will be handled professionally!
